Bars use WayHopper for the slow nights and the loud ones.
Same platform, three different playbooks — pick the one that fits your week.
Passport Night
Run a weekly multi-stop night with team registrations, QR + GPS check-ins, photo challenges, and a season-long leaderboard.
Tap Takeover Hunt
Partner with a brewery — they take over your taps, you stamp a passport across 5 venues, the winner gets growlers.
North Side Crawl
A neighborhood pub crawl with a single ticket, QR + GPS check-ins at each venue, and a leaderboard that gamifies the night. Sells out weekends.
Same bar, better night.
Here's what a typical takeover-hunt Friday looks like once your venue's on WayHopper.
The stuff that makes a Saturday actually happen.
Do I need to integrate with my POS?
No. Each bar is a stop on your route—participants check in with QR + GPS in the WayHopper app. No POS integration required.
Who buys the tickets — you or me?
You sell tickets on WayHopper. Payments run through Stripe Connect; WayHopper collects, then pays the organizer share after the event under platform payout rules.
What if a participating bar drops out last-minute?
Remove the stop from the event in the organizer portal. Reprint or update QR materials if needed; participants who already checked in keep their progress on the remaining route.
How do we show sponsors value after the crawl?
Monitor check-ins per stop during and after the event, then share results or photo galleries with partners—concrete foot-traffic proof without a separate sponsor analytics suite.
Can I white-label the customer experience?
No — WayHopper does not offer separate white-label apps or custom domains. Your events use WayHopper public pages and the WayHopper app, with your event branding on the event itself.
WayHopper works across multiple event segments.
Different audiences, same operating system — clubs, chambers, retail districts, tourism boards, schools, nonprofits, agencies, and community organizers.
Your next Saturday starts on a Tuesday.
