Ten clients. One console.
WayHopper gives production agencies one event OS across hunts, crawls, team builds, and runs — with reusable templates, copy-event workflows, multi-client ops, and public pages clients can share.
Agencies deploy WayHopper for activations, corporate, and tourism.
Same backend — different client deliverables. Clone a template, swap branding, ship in days not quarters.

Ticketed venue passport series for a beverage client across four markets. Sponsor stop packages, redemption analytics, and a unified agency dashboard — one login, twelve live events, zero duplicated infrastructure.

Production metrics that win the renewal.
Where the numbers land
Per-client check-ins, ticket sales, photo moderation, and public results pages — the proof points producers attach to the post-event deck without building a custom app per client.
"We had twelve client crawls live across four cities last quarter — one agency login, reusable templates, and public results pages that actually made our clients renew. We stopped pitching custom builds we couldn't staff."
Agency producer questions.

How quickly can we launch a new client event?
Most agencies ship a new client event in under a day. Copy an event or game template, adjust stops and branding, and publish—no custom development required.
Can we run different event types for different clients at the same time?
Yes. Poker runs, scavenger hunts, open routes, pub-style crawls, and ticketed games all run from one organizer account—separate events per client, same platform engines.
Do you offer white-label apps or custom domains?
No — WayHopper does not offer separate white-label apps or custom domains. Agencies reuse templates, copy events across clients, and run day-of play in the WayHopper app (offline check-ins supported when signal drops).
What happens to client data after the event?
Review tickets, check-ins, photos, and results in the organizer portal, then archive or delete per your contract. Use public results pages when clients want a shareable recap.
Can we copy a proven route for the next client?
Yes. Copy events (including multi-leg poker parents) or reuse game templates, then swap dates, stops, and client branding for the next activation.
How do client ticket payouts work?
Each client event that sells tickets needs Stripe Connect Express. WayHopper collects payments, then transfers the organizer share after the event under platform payout rules—see Pricing for current fees.
