Event Software for Motorcycle Clubs and Poker Runs
Run poker runs, charity rallies, and checkpoint rides — with card draws at stops, QR + GPS check-in, and live leaderboards your members can follow from the road.
Clubs use WayHopper for fundraising, charity, and the open road.
Same platform — different playbooks for poker runs, pledge rallies, and checkpoint scavenger rides.
Spring Poker Run
Five-stop card draw with GPS-verified checkpoints. Riders draw at each stop, live hand rankings on the leaderboard, and automatic best-hand calculation at the final venue — no paper score sheets, no disputes at the bar.
Charity Rally Ride
Pledge-per-mile or flat registration with sponsor stops along the route. Donor leaderboard, live goal tracker at staging, and exportable totals for your beneficiary — the ride that actually funds the mission.
Checkpoint Scavenger Ride
Photo and QR checkpoints at scenic overlooks, diners, and club landmarks. Optional team mode for mixed bike-and-car clubs — riders compete on points, not poker hands.
One Saturday, every mile accounted for.
How a club-run poker ride moves from kickstand-up to best-hand payout — with live data for road captains and officers.
Staging
Riders check in via QR. Road captain sees roster on dashboard.
Kickstand up
Route goes live. First checkpoint opens 42 miles out.
Mid-route draw
Stop 3 card draw. Live hand rankings refresh on rider phones.
Final stop
Last card draw. Best five-card hand calculated automatically.
Awards & draw
Winner announced. Leaderboard shared to club socials.
Ride impact you can show the chapter.
Where the numbers land
Per-stop check-in counts, rider completion rates, charity totals, and sponsor impressions — exportable for chapter meetings, beneficiary reports, and next season planning.
The tools that make season runs repeatable.
Route builder & QR + GPS check-in
Plot stops on the map, set GPS radius per checkpoint, and run day-of check-in in the WayHopper app—the app supports offline check-ins when signal drops.
Card draw at every stop
Digital deck with verified check-in before each draw. Best-hand algorithm runs at the final stop — officers adjudicate ties from the dashboard, not the parking lot.
Live rider leaderboard
Hand rankings, checkpoint progress, and charity pledge totals update in real time. Project the board at staging or let riders follow along on the road.
Club roster & officer roles
Road captain, treasurer, and registration chair each get scoped access. Import your member list once — reuse across poker runs, rallies, and social rides.
Sponsor stop packages
Sell branded stops along the route. Scan counts and impression totals go to your sponsor deck — the pitch that funds next year's charity ride.
Season templates
Clone last year's spring run in one click. Update stops, dates, and prize pool — your officers run the calendar, not a spreadsheet of last-minute fixes.
"We went from clipboards at five bars to 312 riders on a live leaderboard. Best hand calculated itself at the final stop — and we raised $18k for the children's hospital on the same platform."

Do riders need to download an app?
For day-of QR + GPS check-in, yes—the iOS/Android WayHopper app is the home for play. Riders can still browse events and buy tickets on the web. The app supports offline check-ins when signal drops.
Can we run mixed motorcycle and car clubs on one event?
Yes. Separate registration classes or a unified leaderboard — your choice. Checkpoint radius and draw rules apply the same whether riders arrive on two wheels or four.
How does the card draw work without dealers at every stop?
Riders scan the stop QR; GPS confirms they are at the checkpoint, then the app draws into their hand. The platform tracks one draw per card stop and ranks the best five-card hand at results.
Can we sell registration and get paid?
Yes. Registration payments run through Stripe Connect. WayHopper collects ticket payments, then pays the organizer share after the event under platform payout rules.
What if a checkpoint venue closes or a stop drops out?
Remove the stop from the organizer portal. Riders keep cards already drawn; update QR signage at remaining checkpoints and monitor check-ins until you announce results.
