Built for how chambers actually operate

The tools that make member campaigns repeatable.

Member business roster

Import your member directory once. Assign stops, tiers, and sponsor levels — each business gets its own check-in dashboard and post-event report.

Season templates

Clone last year's Shop Local Passport or Dining Week in one click. Update dates, swap venues, publish — your team runs the season, not individual events.

Tickets, photos & public pages

Sell tickets or run free entry, moderate check-in photos, and share public event pages so the whole downtown can follow along.

Multi-venue passports

One ticket or free registration unlocks stops across member businesses. Each check-in is verified via QR + GPS in the WayHopper app—the app supports offline check-ins when signal drops.

Sponsor packages built in

Title sponsor, stop sponsor, prize sponsor — configurable tiers with impression counts and redemption rates for renewal pitches.

Location Entry Portal

Invite member businesses to add their own stops under your limits and approvals—ideal for shop-local trails and open community routes.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR · GREATER LAKEWOOD CHAMBER

"We replaced three disconnected vendors with one WayHopper season. Shop Local Saturday alone drove 2,400 visits to member stores — and I had the dashboard to prove it at renewal time."

FAQ

Chamber leader questions.

More in our help center, or talk to a chamber that already runs on WayHopper.

Can we run events for member businesses without charging tickets?

Yes. Shop Local passports and member mixers can be free to join with sponsor-funded prizes. Dining weeks and crawls typically sell tickets — you choose per event.

How do member businesses check in participants?

Each stop gets a unique QR code. Participants check in with QR + GPS in the WayHopper app—the day-of home for play. The app supports offline check-ins when signal drops.

Can we white-label for our chamber brand?

No — WayHopper does not offer separate white-label apps or custom domains. Your events use WayHopper public pages and the WayHopper app, with chamber branding on the event itself.

What about businesses that aren’t members?

You control which businesses appear as stops. Many chambers run member-only events plus one annual open campaign that doubles as a membership sales tool.

Can we export participation data for our members?

Yes. Export participant lists from the organizer portal after an event—useful for member engagement reports and renewal conversations with your existing AMS or CRM workflows.
