Collect tickets with Stripe. Get paid after the event.
Complete Stripe Connect Express onboarding, sell participant-paid tickets, and receive your organizer share after the event clears eligibility—no invented fee percentages here.
Platform collects. You get your share.
WayHopper processes participant payments, then transfers the recorded organizer amount to your Connect account after the event and clearance window.
Stripe Connect Express
Complete onboarding (driving license required on your profile) before you can sell participant-paid tickets.
Participant checkout
Players pay in the app or on the web. You see ticket and related payments in Payment History.
After-event transfer
After the event ends and a clearance window passes, WayHopper transfers your share to Connect. Bank timing then follows Stripe Express.
Credits vs payouts
Organizer credits fund certain organizer-paid setups. Stripe Connect payouts are for participant-paid ticket revenue.
Payment readiness checklist.
Free events do not require Connect for ticket sales.
Upload driving license
Required on your organizer profile before Connect onboarding can proceed.
Finish Connect setup
Without Stripe Connect you cannot sell participant-paid tickets.
Publish paid events
Confirm pricing, keycodes, and publish requirements are complete.
Review Payment History
Track ticket and related payment records for your events in the portal.
Works across every WayHopper event type.
When do I get paid?
After the event ends and the clearance window passes, WayHopper transfers your organizer share to Stripe Connect. Bank deposit timing follows Stripe Express—not instant at ticket sale.
What fees apply?
Platform commission and Stripe processing fees are calculated separately from your organizer transfer amount. Ask WayHopper for current fee details when you need exact percentages.
Credits vs Connect?
Credits are for organizer-funded flows. Connect payouts are how participant-paid ticket revenue reaches you.
Can I sell extras and game tickets?
Yes—extra poker cards and game tickets/bookings are participant purchases alongside event tickets when you enable them.
