Moderate the gallery. Announce the winners.
Review check-in photos, publish media galleries and slideshows, announce poker rankings or scavenger leaderboards, and share public results pages after the event.
Proof, privacy, and final standings.
Players upload photos and earn badges in the app. You approve media, close the event, and share results.
Photo moderation
Require approval before public display, or allow auto-approval when that fits the event.
Badges on stops
Enable badges on locations so players unlock rewards as they complete the route.
Announce results
Close or announce so poker rankings and scavenger leaderboards settle for participants.
Public pages
Share results and media pages beyond the app—great for clubs and sponsors.
From last rider to shared standings.
Reuse the event or a game template instead of rebuilding from scratch.
Review the gallery
Approve or reject photos; respect participant hide/delete privacy actions.
Announce or auto-close
Post results when ready, or let eligible events complete after end time.
Share public links
Send results and media URLs to people who never installed the app.
Copy for next time
Duplicate the event or reuse a game template for the next date.

Photos & results questions.
More in the full FAQ, or book a walkthrough with our team.
Can players hide their photos?
Yes. Participants can hide photos from their public profile or soft-delete their own uploads.
When should I announce results?
When you are ready for final standings—or rely on platform auto-complete after end time when eligible.
Do leaderboards update live?
They update as check-ins and points record. WayHopper does not promise second-by-second realtime.
Can non-players see results?
Often yes, via the public results page once results are announced or closed.
