It’s not another link in your bio. It’s a Saturday people actually show up for. — what hosting with WayHopper feels like
The opportunity

Online reach is only half the story.

Creators, influencers, and community leaders already move people with a link. WayHopper turns that attention into a mapped route, verified check-ins, tickets, photos, and results—without building custom event software.

01

Convert followers into participants

Share a public event page. Fans join on the web or in the WayHopper app, buy tickets when needed, and show up at real stops.

02

Keep a brand hub fans can follow

Your public organizer profile collects upcoming and past events, photos, and locations—one link for your bio and print materials.

03

Earn through tickets & partners

Sell tickets with Stripe Connect. Invite venue or seller partners via the Location Entry Portal when your format needs more stops.

Public pages · market to your audience

Links that work in a bio, group chat, or flyer.

Every published event comes with web pages built for sharing—no special creator account required. Host as an organizer, play as a participant, and point your audience at the same public pages clubs and agencies already use.

Event page

Public event pages

A shareable page with your banner, dates, route map, and ticket checkout—ready for your bio, stories, email list, or printed flyer. Links preview cleanly in messages and social posts.

Organizer profile

Your public organizer page

One permanent link for your brand: upcoming and past events, photos, stops on your routes, and a follow button for fans who want the next drop.

Participant profiles

Player pages your community can share

Participants control what’s public—photos, badges, and activity from the run. When they share, you get authentic content for recaps and word-of-mouth.

Results & recap

After the event (and day-of)

Standings, photo galleries, and recap links you can send in a newsletter or group chat. Printed QR codes on flyers bridge to sign-up, and you can embed the route map on partner sites.

How it works

Four steps from bio link to check-in day.

Same organizer journey clubs and agencies already use—tuned for creators and influencers who already have an audience.

  1. 01

    Create your organizer account

Sign up, complete your profile, and connect Stripe Express if you plan to sell paid tickets.

  2. 02

    Build the route & tickets

Pick an event type, add stops from your location library, set QR + GPS rules, keycodes, and pricing.

  3. 03

    Publish & share public pages

Every published public event gets a shareable detail page. Point your audience at the event URL and your organizer profile.

  4. 04

Run the day, then pay out

Players check in with the WayHopper app (offline check-ins supported when signal drops). Moderate photos, announce results, and receive your organizer share after eligibility.

Revenue, platform details & FAQ
How hosts make money

Tickets, partners, and repeat events.

WayHopper does not guarantee income. Revenue depends on your audience, ticket price, costs, and how you work with sponsors or venues.

Ticket sales

Participants pay securely with Stripe in the app or on the public event page. After the event completes and payout eligibility is met, WayHopper transfers the organizer share to your Stripe Connect account.

Sponsors & venue partners

Offer branded or featured stops along the route. Partners get foot traffic and a place on the public map; you negotiate packages offline—WayHopper is the event ops layer, not a sponsor marketplace.

Recurring series

Copy a past event, update dates and stops, and reuse your organizer profile as the hub fans already follow.

Platform capabilities

What you actually get as a host.

Only shipped organizer and public-web capabilities—nothing invented for a “creator program.”

  • Multi-format events — poker runs, scavenger hunts, open/yard-sale routes, ticketed games & bookings
  • Location library & routes — reusable stops, sort order, hours, QR codes, map routes
  • QR + GPS check-in — verified presence; offline check-ins when signal drops
  • Ticketing & keycodes — paid or free, registration windows, printable materials, waivers
  • Stripe Connect payouts — platform collects, then transfers organizer share after the event
  • Photos, badges & results — moderate uploads, galleries, share payloads, public results
  • Push reminders — per-event reminders to joined participants from the portal
  • Location Entry Portal — invite third-party venues or sellers to add stops (not a marketplace)
Why creators & influencers choose WayHopper

Audience-ready ops without a custom build.

One link stack for marketing

Event page + organizer profile + results/media cover pre-event hype and post-event proof.

Lower join friction

Fans can browse and buy tickets on the web; day-of play and check-in happen in the app.

Trust signals that travel

Dates, map context, organizer attribution, joined social proof, and followable profiles.

Repeatable production

Copy events, reuse locations, and keep the same public brand page across a series.

Sponsor & partner value

Give partners a stop on a real route.

Sponsors care about foot traffic and presence—not vanity dashboards that don’t exist. Pitch what WayHopper actually surfaces.

What partners get

  • A mapped stop participants navigate to
  • QR + GPS verified visits when players check in
  • Optional presence in event media after photo approval
  • Visibility on the public event page and embeddable map

What you can report honestly

  • Joined participants and check-in activity from the portal
  • Event photos and results you choose to share publicly
  • Package details you negotiate outside WayHopper

WayHopper does not provide dedicated sponsor-placement analytics or impression dashboards. Don’t promise metrics the portal can’t export.

Objections

Straight answers for hosts.

More detail in FAQ, pricing, and the product brief behind this site.

Do I get a special influencer account?

No. Influencer is not a product role today. Creators host as organizers (public organizer profile + events) and can also participate like any player.

Do my fans need the app?

They can discover events and buy tickets on the web. Day-of QR + GPS check-in uses the WayHopper iOS/Android app. The app supports offline check-ins when signal drops.

Can I white-label the app or use my own domain?

No. WayHopper does not offer white-label apps or custom domains. You brand the experience through your event content, materials, and public organizer profile.

When do I get paid?

For participant-pay events, connect Stripe Express. WayHopper collects ticket funds, then transfers the organizer share after the event completes and payout eligibility is met. Timing follows platform and Stripe rules—not instant bank deposit guarantees.

Does WayHopper handle permits, safety, or insurance?

No. You remain responsible for permits, safety, insurance, and on-the-ground operations. WayHopper provides the digital event layer: routes, check-in, tickets, media, and results.

Your audience is ready. Give them a place to go.
