Public event pages
A shareable page with your banner, dates, route map, and ticket checkout—ready for your bio, stories, email list, or printed flyer. Links preview cleanly in messages and social posts.
Host ticketed, multi-stop events your followers can join in person — with public pages you can share in a bio, story, or group chat, plus QR + GPS check-in and live maps in the app.
It’s not another link in your bio. It’s a Saturday people actually show up for. — what hosting with WayHopper feels like
Creators, influencers, and community leaders already move people with a link. WayHopper turns that attention into a mapped route, verified check-ins, tickets, photos, and results—without building custom event software.
Share a public event page. Fans join on the web or in the WayHopper app, buy tickets when needed, and show up at real stops.
Your public organizer profile collects upcoming and past events, photos, and locations—one link for your bio and print materials.
Sell tickets with Stripe Connect. Invite venue or seller partners via the Location Entry Portal when your format needs more stops.
Road rallies, city challenges, food passports, trail adventures, and fan meetups are use-case skins—not separate products. They run on poker runs, scavenger hunts, open routes / yard-sale style events, or ticketed games & bookings.
Multi-stop routes with verified check-ins and digital card draws—great for clubs, fundraisers, and creator-led ride days.
Point-based hunts with sequential or free-form routes, photo moments, and leaderboards your audience can follow.
Map a series of partner stops into a shareable passport night—pubs, food trucks, retail, or neighborhood favorites.
Open multi-stop routes where partners can add their own locations through the Location Entry Portal when you invite them.
Reusable game templates and paid bookings for recurring experiences—redeemable on public game pages.
Host benefiting a nonprofit or community project—tickets, sponsor stops, and a public results page for the recap.
Every published event comes with web pages built for sharing—no special creator account required. Host as an organizer, play as a participant, and point your audience at the same public pages clubs and agencies already use.

One permanent link for your brand: upcoming and past events, photos, stops on your routes, and a follow button for fans who want the next drop.
Participants control what’s public—photos, badges, and activity from the run. When they share, you get authentic content for recaps and word-of-mouth.
Standings, photo galleries, and recap links you can send in a newsletter or group chat. Printed QR codes on flyers bridge to sign-up, and you can embed the route map on partner sites.
Same organizer journey clubs and agencies already use—tuned for creators and influencers who already have an audience.

Every published public event gets a shareable detail page. Point your audience at the event URL and your organizer profile.
Players check in with the WayHopper app (offline check-ins supported when signal drops). Moderate photos, announce results, and receive your organizer share after eligibility.
WayHopper does not guarantee income. Revenue depends on your audience, ticket price, costs, and how you work with sponsors or venues.
Participants pay securely with Stripe in the app or on the public event page. After the event completes and payout eligibility is met, WayHopper transfers the organizer share to your Stripe Connect account.
Offer branded or featured stops along the route. Partners get foot traffic and a place on the public map; you negotiate packages offline—WayHopper is the event ops layer, not a sponsor marketplace.
Copy a past event, update dates and stops, and reuse your organizer profile as the hub fans already follow.
Only shipped organizer and public-web capabilities—nothing invented for a “creator program.”
Event page + organizer profile + results/media cover pre-event hype and post-event proof.

Copy events, reuse locations, and keep the same public brand page across a series.
Sponsors care about foot traffic and presence—not vanity dashboards that don’t exist. Pitch what WayHopper actually surfaces.
WayHopper does not provide dedicated sponsor-placement analytics or impression dashboards. Don’t promise metrics the portal can’t export.
Eight partner kitchens as stops on an open-route style crawl. Ticket online, check in at each kitchen, share the gallery after.
Monthly scavenger hunt across parks and landmarks. Leaderboard in-app; public results link for the Discord recap.
Ticketed multi-stop ride with digital hands, flyer from the portal, and payout to the organizer Stripe account after the event.
Creators and influencers host as organizers—there is no separate influencer account type or affiliate dashboard today. Tell us what you want to host—or book a product demo—and we’ll route it to the right person. No promised reply SLA on this page.
