How you get in

One join path, several ways to enter.

Whether the event is paid, free, or keycode-only, you activate with the WayHopper account you will play and check in with.

Buy a ticket

Pay securely with Stripe in the WayHopper app or on the public event / game web page. Checkout shows the total before you confirm.

Apply a keycode

If the organizer gives you an entry code, apply it in the app. Codes can also fulfill automatically after a ticket purchase.

Accept waivers

Some events require you to accept a waiver or agreement before you can play—complete it when prompted.

Extras & game tickets

On some poker runs you can buy an extra card. Ticketed games let you purchase and redeem a game ticket.

After you pay

From checkout to ready to play.

02

Web works for tickets and browsing. QR + GPS check-in lives in the mobile app.

FAQ

Ticket questions.

More answers in the full FAQ, or talk to the event organizer.

Where can I buy a ticket?

In the WayHopper app or on the public event / game web page. Both use Stripe.

Why is the total higher than the ticket price?

Checkout may show platform and/or processing fees. Use the total shown before you confirm as the source of truth—WayHopper does not invent fee percentages on this page.

I paid but do not see myself joined

Confirm you are logged into the same account, check Joined and payment history, then contact the organizer or submit app feedback.

Do free events need a ticket?

Free events let you join without paying. Paid events require a ticket or organizer keycode as configured.

Get your ticket before start time.

Download the app, join an event, and you are ready for check-in day.
