// What participants do { "discover": "events near you", "join": "ticket or keycode", "check_in": "QR + GPS", "share": "photos & badges" }
Works across every WayHopper event type.
How do players check in?
They use the WayHopper mobile app with your event’s check-in type (QR and/or GPS), validated against geo radius and sequence rules.
What if a stop has no signal?
The WayHopper app supports offline check-ins: photo at the checkpoint, continue, finish online. For harder failures, use the event-level Master QR failsafe.
Can I get email on every check-in?
Yes—configure email at every check-in, every completion, or both as a day-of alert setting.
Where do players play?
Day-of QR + GPS check-in requires the WayHopper app. Web covers browsing, tickets, and public pages.
